Jim is a professional speaker and trainer who specializes in presenting motivating and engaging keynote speeches and seminars on change, teamwork, creativity, and communication. 

Featured as a "Consummate Speaker of the Year" by Sharing Ideas Magazine, and recognized for outstanding teaching by the International Communication Association, Jim Snack is one of fewer than 800 speakers worldwide who  have been awarded the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, the highest earned award bestowed by the National Speakers Association.

Jim has presented for such organizations as General Electric, Disney, Lucent Technologies, General Motors, and the US General Services Administration, enhancing leadership and teamwork across sectors.

He skillfully blends interactive exercises and powerful demonstrations to ensure participants are fully engaged in the learning process.

When not speaking, Jim teaches in the Communication Department at the University at Albany. For sixteen years, he was a back-by-popular-demand speaker at The HUMOR Project's International Conference on the Positive Power of Humor & Creativity. For nine years Jim was the closing speaker for the General Services Administration's PBS Academy, and for fourteen years he served as an adjunct faculty member at the Eastern Management Development Center's leadership development program.
